Guess what happened yesterday?
Quietly and without fanfare
something remarkable did NOT occur.

I did not take one pill.
Nope.
Not one pain pill.
Not one aspirin.
Not one Advil.
Even skipped taking vitamins.

For me that is HUGE. It has been well over a year
that it has been a daily thing.

progress. Yep, that is what progress looks like.
Hallelujah.

I choose to be grateful.
